General

If you wish to book trip through the website, application or WhatsApp then you must agree on our terms and conditions below. By clicking the button “BOOK NOW” you automatically agree on the term & conditions of Executive Drivers. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, by clicking “BOOK NOW” you automatically accept the term & conditions. You represent that you have the authority to accept these terms & conditions on their behalf.

•  In making a Booking with Executive Drivers you must provide accurate details and are responsible for any failure to do so.
• You hereby warrant to Executive Drivers that you are at least eighteen years of age and legally able to make any Bookings, personal and/or on behalf of s Someone else.
• Executive Drivers will not guarantee that it will be able to refund you on any Bookings that you have made which you wish to cancel outside the cancelation period.
• Your Personal Data shall not be disclosed to third parties other than Executive Drivers or used for any other purposes unrelated to the provision of Executive Drivers policy.

Booking

• It is your responsibility to ensure that all your details are correct when making a Booking
• The reservations are final after you have received the confirmation.
• Executive Drivers reserves the right to correct any typographical errors in any of the information that is on the website. If, once you are informed about such error and you wish to withdraw, you shall be free to do so.
• If you agree in the fulfillment of the Booking, then the passenger gives Executive Drivers the right for the provision of transport services.
• Hourly Service minimum 5 hours.

Payment

• You agree to pay the agreed amount to the Driver with cash or you can pay on account.
• Executive Driver will provide with a receipt for payment, it will be sent to your E-mail address registered with us.
• For personal accounts which are paid by credit cards, you agree to Executive Drivers making a deduction from your card on agreed frequencies on agreed time.
• Executive Drivers will not disclose any of your card details to third parties.
• Payment will not cover any extra requirements, such as child seats. If you do not indicate any additional luggage when booking, resulting in a larger size vehicle being required, then the driver may charge you extra which you must pay directly, or it will be billed afterwards on account.
• If you wish to give a tip to the driver, you should do so at your own discretion.
• if you make any deviations from the original route that you entered in the website, extra charges may apply to you in addition of the original route.
• All prices and quotes are ex. VAT

Insurance

• Executive Drivers can not be held responsible for damages and losses to any personal belongings. It is your own responsibility to insure any goods in the course of a trip for any damages or loss.

Warranty and limitation of liability

• Executive Drivers shall not be liable in any event for any indirect loss, consequential loss or loss of revenue howsoever, suffered by you.
• Any estimated trip times and times of arrival presented by Executive Drivers, are only to be taken as indicative and are not subject to traffic and/or weather conditions and final route taken by the driver. Therefore, you agree that you that you are responsible for setting an appropriate time that gives you sufficient time to reach you destination, to check-in for a flight, catch a train or to fulfill any other dependencies you might have.
• Executive Drivers may keep you informed of the status of your Booking by sending you an
• E-mail, SMS text or a WhatsApp message, although Executive Drivers does not guarantee the timing of these messages nor the delivery and shall not be liable in any event for any indirect loss, consequential loss or loss of revenue arising from these delays.

Behavior

• The driver reserves the right within its reasonable discretion to terminate the trip, if you and/or your parties conduct or behave disruptive in any way that affects your safety, the safety of the driver of the vehicle.
• Passenger are not permitted to smoke in the vehicle.
• Passenger are not permitted to take any illegal drugs onto the vehicle.
• The usage of seatbelts is required.

Limitations and Exclusions

• The Driver shall not undertake the carriage or delivery of goods or property of a hazardous, dangerous, inflammable, explosive or noxious nature, or are illegal to possess under existing Dutch Law.
• The driver shall have no liability whatsoever for loss or damage, arising in relation to this agreement.
• The driver shall not in any event be liable directly or indirectly for Consequential loss and/or Loss, damage and/or breakage to any fragile items arising from the acts of omissions or negligence of the passenger.
• The driver shall not in any event be liable directly or indirectly for Breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, any act or omission on the part of the passenger, any circumstance beyond the control of the driver (including, lock-out or other form of industrial action or labor dispute, governmental regulations, legal restrictions, embargoes, fire, flood, Act of God, any consequence of riot, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities, civil war, acts of terrorism, rebellion, military or usurped power, confiscation, or other conditions amounting to force majeure).

Disputes

•  If you have any complaints or comments of the service provided by the driver, you agree to first contact Executive Drivers directly (By phone, E-mail or WhatsApp) to resolve this within 72 hours. If you fail to do so, your claim can be invalidated.

Miscellaneous

•     These Terms shall form the entire agreement between Executive Drivers and the passenger.
•     All notices to Executive Drivers shall be given by You in writing to info@executive-drivers.com
