Cancellation Policy


All nationwide reservations have a 12 hour cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation within 12 hours to service results in 100% charge of transfer rate or hourly minimum.

 

International reservations have a 24 hour cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. Cancellation within 24 hours results in 100% charge of transfer rate or hourly minimum.

No-shows are charged if driver is on location at given pick up point, but passenger is not found. Furthermore, waiting charges will be applied until the time the driver is released. In most cases we will release driver after 2 hours if booker or passenger does not contact us. No-show charges are full fare.


Special event rates are subject to different cancellation policies (i.e. weddings or peak events) that should be notified to the client at time of booking.

Furthermore…

  •     All prices and quotes are ex. VAT
  •     Credit card details are required for new bookings and accounts
  •     Hourly service: minimum 5 Hours
  •     The reservations are final after you have received confirmation

Obligations…

  •     Smoking is prohibited in our vehicles
  •     The usage of seatbelts are required.

 

– Executive Drivers can not be held responsible for damages and losses to any personal belongings.
